Jeanne Hall

Jeanne Hall is an accomplished professional in Total Rewards and Human Resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards - Americas at Dassault Systèmes since February 2023, Jeanne Hall oversees the design and execution of compensation and benefit programs across multiple countries in the Americas. Prior to this role, Jeanne Hall held significant positions including Vice President of Total Rewards and Operations at Sumitomo Pharma America Holdings, Inc., where strategic programs were developed and implemented. As Executive Director of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Jeanne Hall presented incentive plans to the Board of Directors. Further experience includes leadership in global compensation and benefits at SimpliVity Corporation and Sekisui Diagnostics. Jeanne Hall holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BBA from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
