Matthew Damp

Matthew Damp is an experienced project manager and technology advocate with over 17 years at Dassault Systèmes Japan, where they advanced from enterprise IT to PMO leadership and software engineering teams. They have held various roles, including Asia Pacific PMO Director and Expert Project Manager, leading initiatives in value-focused project management and DevSecOps integration. Matthew also served as an IT Manager at Taylor Gregory Butterfield Architects and owned an independent consulting company, SBWorks. They have a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and an AAS in Engineering Graphics from Lake Washington Technical College. Additionally, Matthew has experience as a part-time instructor and as an Electronic Warfare Technician in the United States Navy.
