Natacha Becard

Natacha Becard is a seasoned Learning & Development Director with two decades of diverse experience in leadership, project management, and marketing communications. They served as the Global Learning & Development Director at Dassault Systèmes, where they managed an international team and implemented strategies to upskill 25,000 employees. Natacha took a sabbatical year to travel the world with family, focusing on raising visibility for Rainbow families. They hold a Master’s degree in Communication from Université Rennes 2 and completed an Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD.
