Siva Senthooran

Siva Senthooran is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in aeroacoustics and computational fluid dynamics. Currently serving as Director of Technical Sales at Dassault Systèmes since April 2019, Siva also holds the position of Senior Director for Aeroacoustics Applications at Exa Corporation, where responsibilities include leading the global deployment of specialized applications. Siva's previous roles at Exa Corporation encompass Technical Director for Wind Noise Applications and Manager of Aeroacoustics Applications, showcasing a strong focus on automotive acoustics methodologies. Early career contributions were made at Texas Tech University, ranging from Post Doctoral Research Associate to various engineering roles, alongside academic experience as an instructor at the University of Peradeniya. Siva earned a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from the University of Peradeniya.
