Thomas Heise has extensive experience in customer success and technical account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager for the VW Group at Dassault Systèmes since April 2010, having previously held the role of Technical Account Manager in the Bombardier Transportation and Aerospace sectors for EADS/AIRBUS. Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, Thomas worked at IBM Deutschland GmbH from 2009 to 2010 as a Technical Account Manager and held a Managing Consultant position at IBM Deutschland EBS GmbH earlier in 2009. Thomas started a career as an Application Engineer at CPU GmbH from 1993 to 1996 and transitioned to managing consultancy roles at IBM Deutschland GmbH from 1996 to 2008. Thomas earned a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Vehicle Engineering from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences between 1996 and 2003.
