Thanh Pham

Thanh Pham has a strong background in software engineering and IT, with experience in various roles and industries. Currently, at Dat Bike, they serve as the Head of Software Engineer and IT, responsible for overseeing all software and IT strategies, managing multiple platforms, and supporting daily operations. Prior to this, they were the Engineering Lead at a stealthy FinTech startup, managing engineering squads and overseeing digital banking products. Thanh also served as the Head of Software Engineer/Operation at GoPay Vietnam and as an Engineering Manager at Axon, where they managed teams and ensured high-quality production delivery. Thanh also worked as a Senior Software Architect at Trusting Social, where they built and designed credit wallet and digital loan products from scratch. Thanh began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Google.

From 2008 to 2010, Thanh Pham attended the University of Toronto, where they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Sciences.
