Dat Dog was founded in 2011 in a small, 475 square foot shack on Freret Street in New Orleans. Since then, we've grown to four stores in the greater New Orleans area, with a fifth corporate owned restaurant opening in Lafayette in the summer of 2017. We also recently announced our first wave of franchisees, who will be opening stores in Houston and in Baton Rouge.
