David Jared

David Jared is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in architecture and engineering across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as Principal Architect at DAT Freight & Analytics since June 2023, David focuses on supporting independent truckers and enhancing the American economy. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at SurveyMonkey, where David led the Analytics team in managing survey data, and Distinguished Senior Engineering Manager at Visible, overseeing multiple teams that launched Yahoo Mobile. With previous experience at Amazon as Principal Technical Product Manager and significant tenure at Adobe as Marketing Cloud Architect, David has driven integration and engineering efforts across major platforms. Early career contributions include co-founding Foveon and Optoelectronics Data Systems, and research at Xerox PARC. David earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and holds a BA in Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
