Joe Doyle

Joe Doyle serves as the General Counsel at DAT Freight & Analytics, providing a wide range of legal services with a focus on technology transactions, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and product development. Since November 2016, Joe has also held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Roper Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities include negotiating commercial contracts, overseeing corporate record retention programs, investigating acquisition targets, and managing litigation for subsidiaries. Previous roles include Corporate Counsel at Bankers Financial Corporation, Staff Counsel at Lockheed Martin, and a legal internship at the Colorado Supreme Court. Joe holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Rhodes College.
