Damiano Meola has over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications. Damiano started their career in 2005 as a Content Manager for the Municipality of Bologna. In 2006, they held positions as an Author for Exibart.com, Digital Strategist & Project Manager for 100100 IMCT, and Digital Strategist & Content Manager for Ustream. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at H-ART where they held various roles such as Client Director, Head of Social Media Operations, Content Marketing Manager, and Digital Project Manager & Strategist. In 2018, they co-founded Ride Tuscany and served as the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer. Since 2017, they have been working at AKQA as a Group Account Director and Account Director. Currently, they are a Marketing Director at The Data Appeal Company.

Damiano Meola has a comprehensive education history. Damiano obtained their High School degree from Liceo Scientifico Amedeo di Savoia Pistoia in Computer and Information Sciences. Damiano then earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna between 2000 and 2003. Damiano followed this with a Master's Degree in Marketing Communications from the same university between 2003 and 2005. In 2016, they obtained an EFSET EXPRESS High Proficiency (CEFR C1/C2) certification from EF Education First. In 2017 to 2019, they attended Bologna Business School and earned an Executive Master Business Administration - E MBA. In 2018, they completed the Global Business Innovation module from San Jose State University in Entrepreneurship, global leadership, design thinking, and business transformation. Damiano is also currently in the process of obtaining a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, which they are expected to receive in April 2022.
