William Pénet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, digital marketing, and cultural project management. Currently serving as a Volunteer Product Manager at Data for Good since September 2024 and taking on freelance projects with WIP since January 2024, William previously held significant roles such as Head of Digital Marketing at systhen, Product Manager & CRO Lead at Mister Auto, and Product Owner at Rocket Labs Unlimited. Noteworthy projects include the redesign of Airbus Helicopter's customer portal and the development of the Divercities mobile app during tenure as Product & UX Manager at 1D Lab. As the founder of DIE POD DIE, William pioneered an initiative focused on enhancing the listening experience of music albums. William's educational background includes degrees from Sciences Po Lyon in Urban Policies and Communication and Cultural Policies, complemented by a distinguished Baccalaureat in Literature with a European mention.

Data for Good est une communauté de data scientists bénévoles mettant leurs compétences au profit de la résolution de problèmes sociaux. La data science est l’un des plus puissants leviers d’innovation aujourd’hui. Et si les ONGs utilisaient le pouvoir des algorithmes au même titre que les géants de la tech ? C'est l'ambition de Data for Good : fournir aux associations les outils à la pointe de la technologie pour démultiplier leur impact sur la société. Notre communauté rassemble une centaine d'ingénieurs et data scientists diplômés des meilleures écoles françaises (Polytechnique, ENS, ENSAE...) et travaillant à la pointe de leur industrie. Ce qui les rassemble chez Data for Good ? La volonté de dédier leurs compétences à la résolution des problèmes sociaux de grande envergure.
