Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer at SMART Technologies, where responsibilities include developing hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and other educational devices since July 2010. Previously, Chris served as a Firmware Engineer at SMART Technologies, focusing on firmware and diagnostic tools for similar products. Prior experience includes working as an Electronics Contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, an Electronics Engineer at Grindcom developing control systems for the forestry industry, and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
