Johanna Estevez

Johanna Estevez, RBT, currently serves as a Paraprofessional at the Union County Educational Services Commission and a Behavioral Health Technician at DATA Group Central. With extensive experience as a Registered Behavior Technician at Children's Specialized Hospital and WE Care Autism Services, Johanna has provided applied-behavior-analytic services to patients diagnosed with developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders. Previous roles include positions at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. and North Jersey Behavioral Health Services, where Johanna assisted in implementing behavior plans, conducting patient assessments, and maintaining data collection systems. Johanna's education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rider University and ongoing Master's studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology.
