Robrecht Cannoodt

Robrecht Cannoodt is a Data Science Consultant at Data Intuitive, specializing in the development of the open-source software Viash. Responsibilities include creating and porting pipelines for bioinformatics research while enhancing development opportunities. As a core team member of Open Problems in Single-Cell Analysis, Robrecht focuses on evaluating computational single-cell omics techniques and optimizing benchmark execution on AWS. Previously, Robrecht was a postdoctoral researcher at Ghent University, leading the development of the dyno toolkit and mentoring PhD students.
