Kerry Hannify Morin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 1990 to 1997, Kerry worked at G.S. Precision, Inc. as the QC Manager, overseeing precision machining for the aerospace industry. Kerry managed a team of Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors, utilizing 6 Sigma methodologies and Lean Manufacturing.

In 1997, Kerry joined Data-Mail as the Quality Manager, responsible for ensuring quality standards were met. Kerry then went on to pursue a BS in Business Management at the University of Vermont from 1986 to 1990.
