M Venu Kumar has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. M Venu is currently the Head of Customer Service and Support at Data Patterns (India) Public Limited, where they are responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Astra Microwave Products Limited, overseeing security and risk management for the company. Before entering the private sector, M Venu Kumar had a long career in the Indian Navy, where they served as an Electrical Officer and Head of the Electrical, Defence Electronics, and Communication Systems department. M Venu has extensive experience in project management, technical operations, and strategic planning.

M Venu Kumar began their education in 2000, when they enrolled in the Indian Navy and completed a Customised Diploma for Defence Electronics, specializing in Radar, EW, and Communication systems. M Venu pursued further education in the field of Engineering, completing a degree in Electronics and Communication from the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata from 2005 to 2009.

In 2012, M Venu Kumar participated in a Refresher Course on Defence Electronics organized by the Indian Navy. Following this, they attended Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained their Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Quality Management.

Recently, in 2021 and 2022, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they pursued an Accelerated General Management Programme (AGMP) in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, M Venu Kumar has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became a Charted Engineer in Electronics and Communication through the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata. M Venu also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2020. Additionally, they obtained a certification in the Accelerated General Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in August 2022.
