Chinmay Joshi

Chinmay Joshi has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chinmay currently holds the position of Chief of AI at Data Poem since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP AI Products at Sonasoft Corp. from April 2019 to March 2021.

Before their role at Sonasoft, Chinmay was the Co-Founder and VP Products at Hotify Inc. from May 2018 to March 2019. Chinmay also served as the Sr Director of Operations at Grow Fit from August 2017 to May 2018.

Chinmay has also contributed significantly to the growth and success of Impartus Innovations as the Head of Operations & New Business Initiatives from December 2015 to July 2017. Chinmay played a crucial role in building the platform and increasing customer reach.

In addition, Chinmay has held positions at LivSpace, where they were the Head of Category & Supply Chain Management in 2015. Here, they were responsible for vendor development, procurement, catalog building, and order fulfillment.

Prior to their role at LivSpace, they worked at Hindustan Unilever Ltd as the Supply Chain Business Partner to Sales. Chinmay was instrumental in fueling sales growth through effective demand forecasting and improving servicing levels. Chinmay also served as a Customer Service Manager during their time at Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

Chinmay's career began at Cadbury plc. as a Process Manager, where they played a key role in the launch of Dairy Milk Silk. Chinmay also gained valuable experience as a Production Manager at Asian Paints, where they led a critical production block and played a significant role in improving efficiency, quality, and service levels.

Throughout their career, Chinmay has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on driving growth and innovation. Chinmay has also mentored and developed their team members to take on higher responsibilities.

Chinmay Joshi attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering. Chinmay later pursued an MBA from the Indian School of Business in 2010 and 2011, specializing in Strategy & Operations. In December 2017, Chinmay also completed a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera.
