Suchita Mishra has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Suchita currently holds the position of Head - Customer Success at Data Poem, where they are involved in implementing a new marketing planning, optimization, and measurement methodology. Prior to this, they worked as a Head Project Manager at Ahmedabad University from March 2017 to August 2020. Suchita also served as a Project Manager for the NanoMILE project at the University of Birmingham from March 2013 to February 2017. In addition, Suchita worked as a Project Manager for Marketing and New Product Development at Vectone from September 2011 to March 2013. Their career began in 2005 at Aircel, where they held the position of Brand Manager and was responsible for various aspects of marketing communication and brand building. Suchita was part of brand Aircel since its inception and gained experience in media handling, budget management, digital marketing, and national campaign development. Prior to Aircel, Suchita worked as an Account Manager at Adlabs Advertising from June 2002 to July 2004.

Suchita Mishra completed a "Brand Building and Consumer Psyche" course at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2007. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued an MBA in Marketing and Communications at the International School of Business & Media. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Hons) with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Delhi University between 1999 and 2002. Suchita completed their Senior Secondary Education at Bal Bharati Public School, Dwarka from 1997 to 1999.
