Xiara Long

Xiara Long has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Xiara started their career as an Emissions Analyst Intern at Lemos Labs LLC in January 2021 and continued in this role until May 2021. Following this, Xiara worked as an Operations Manager at Lemos Labs LLC from May 2021 to September 2021. Xiara then joined Data Science Automation as an Automation Systems Engineer in October 2021 and was later promoted to Senior Automation Systems Engineer in January 2023.

In addition, Xiara has also been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh since August 2022. Prior to these roles, they gained experience as an Engineering Student Researcher at Robert Morris University from September 2017 to May 2021, during which they collaborated on various engineering research projects. Xiara also served as a Laser Welding Intern at Robert Morris University from October 2019 to January 2021.

Throughout their career, Xiara has shown a strong focus on technology, research, and engineering, and has developed expertise in automation systems and emissions analysis.

Xiara Long obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Robert Morris University from 2017 to 2021. Xiara then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the same university, which they completed from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their academic qualifications, Xiara obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Vision Professional - Basic from the Association for Advancing Automation in March 2022, a Certified SolidWorks Associate from Dassault Systèmes in January 2021, a Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) from NI (National Instruments) in December 2022, and a Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer from NI (National Instruments) in November 2021.
