Data Science for Sustainable Development
Joshua Panganiban is an accomplished professional in the fields of energy and sustainability, currently serving as Lead Originator and Project Manager at NextEra Energy Resources since August 2022, focusing on origination and development for solar, wind, and storage projects in the Midwest. Joshua is also a co-founder of Data Science for Sustainable Development, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include positions as a Graduate Resident Assistant at the Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation and as a Strategy Intern at GreenStruxure. Joshua's extensive experience encompasses project consulting at The Earth Institute, audit assistance at Deloitte, and leadership of a GIS-focused student team at geoLab. Academically, Joshua holds a Master of Science in Energy and Sustainability from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a secondary major in Environmental Data Science from William & Mary.
