Nadiia Udaltsova

Nadiia Udaltsova began their work experience in 2016 at King's Choice, where they served as an IT recruiter. Their responsibilities included conducting full cycle recruiting for a large number of tech professionals, analyzing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various platforms, managing candidate databases, and participating in daily recruitment meetings. Nadiia also utilized CRM Cleverstaff for candidate search and selection. Nadiia remained with King's Choice until December 2020. In 2021, Nadiia joined Data Science UA as an IT recruiter, where they contributed to building an ecosystem focused on the data science and AI community. Their role involved providing high-quality recruitment, consulting, and education services, as well as supporting the establishment of AI R&D centers.

Nadiia Udaltsova earned a master's degree in Ukrainian Philology from Zaporizhzhia National University. Nadiia pursued their studies from 2007 to 2012.
