Bill Miller

Bill Miller is a seasoned business leader and educator who has held senior roles in technology marketing and venture investing. They built and managed the marketing and business development team at Microsoft from 1989 to 1997 and co-founded Safeharbor Knowledge Solutions, serving as chairman from 1998 to 2003. They later were a partner at OVP Venture Partners from 1999 to 2004 and led investments in Action Engine, Safeharbor, AskMe, Entomo and Intelligent Results. They served as a business coach with Onvo Consulting from 2005 to 2020 and currently serve as Chairman of the Board at Data Skrive (2023–Present) and as an Instructor at Western Washington University (2014–Present). They earned an MBA from Pepperdine University (1980–1981) and a B.B.A. in Marketing from Washington State University (1973–1978).
