Jasmine Sami is an experienced instructional designer and researcher with a strong background in data science and STEM education. Currently serving as an Instructional Design Fellow at Data Society since September 2021, Jasmine develops data science courses and training materials, supports instructor development, and organizes training events for various clients. In addition, Jasmine has been a Noyce Program Research Assistant at The George Washington University since March 2017, promoting STEM teaching careers and conducting research on educational needs within the district. Previous roles include Data Science Fellow at the Democratic Attorneys General Association, Research Intern at the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, and Law Clerk at Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel, P.L.L.C. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Science in Human-Technology Collaboration, a Master of Science in Data Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from The George Washington University and The Catholic University of America.
