Cosmo Isalar, CSM, CPO, CSSM, CPM

Cosmo Isalar has worked in various roles related to business analysis and scrum mastery. From 2018 to present, they have been employed at Data Source, Inc. as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master. Theirresponsibilities include defining and documenting business requirements following an agile based methodology, conducting JAD Sessions, Live Meetings, and Interviews, and writing users stories and tasks in an Agile environment for the frontend and backend teams. Cosmo is also responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines. From 2016 to 2018, Cosmo Isalar worked at Zutek as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master. Theirduties included conducting user interviews, gathering requirements, and analyzing the requirements for existing applications. Cosmo also created Use cases, process flow diagrams, screen mock-ups using Gliffy and Draw.io, as well as developing stakeholder progress reports and activity diagrams using MS Visio.

Cosmo Isalar holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Benin, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Ambrose Alli University. Cosmo has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the International Scrum Institute in 2021, Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) from the International Scrum Institute in 2021, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Institute in 2021, Certified Project Manager (PMP) from The Open University in 2020, and SAFe Scrum Master 5.1 Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
