Shane Collier has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Shane is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Data Systems Integration Group, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Alliances at the same company from August 2017 to June 2021, where they provided executive leadership and oversaw program engagement delivery and account management for strategic client/partners in the Mid-west through Florida regions.

Shane was responsible for establishing PMOs and ensuring the full lifecycle of delivery from requirements gathering/validation through solution implementation and customer acceptance.
Shane also gained valuable experience at Limited Brands, Inc., where they worked as a Program Manager in the Program Management Office from June 1998 to March 2005. Here, they played a senior role during the conversion to an enterprise PMO, developing new PMO templates for deliverables and status tracking metrics. Shane also provided mentoring and training to associates/colleagues on various project and program management areas.
Prior to their time at Limited Brands, Inc., Shane worked at CompuServe Network Services as a Network Project Lead, MCSE from December 1997 to June 1998. Here, they led efforts to develop and implement new product services, providing expert-level Windows NT and remote access support to clients.
Shane's work experience also includes a role at JP Morgan Chase (formerly Bank One Investment Management Group) as a Systems Analyst/Project Lead, MCSE from November 1994 to January 1998. Here, they coordinated complex special projects, analyzed project service requests, and projected time schedules relating to application/system support.
Before their career in the private sector, Shane served in the US Navy from August 1990 to August 1994. Shane held the position of Non-Commissioned Officer/Propulsion Plant Engineer, where they were responsible for the maintenance and preservation of main propulsion engines and turbine generators. Shane also supervised watch teams and coordinated training efforts for Engineering Department personnel.

Shane Collier attended Park University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Computer Information Systems.
