Nastya Arutiunova

Nastya Arutiunova has a range of work experience in the recruitment and IT fields.

Starting in 2018, Nastya worked at Data Talent Advisors, initially as an IT Recruiter. During their time there, they specialized in data and analytics talent acquisition, offering services such as salary benchmarking, job description analysis, and technical screening. Nastya also conducted executive searches for positions like Chief Data Officer and Chief Data Scientist. Nastya progressed within the company, taking on roles as Team Lead of IT Recruitment, Director of Technical Recruitment, and eventually Senior Director of IT Recruiting. Their most recent position at Data Talent Advisors is that of Managing Director of Recruitment, which began in August 2022.

Prior to their work at Data Talent Advisors, Nastya worked as a freelance Information Technology Sourcer from 2017 to 2019.

Nastya Arutiunova attended the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in the field of Science of Law. Nastya then pursued further education at the same institution, earning a Master's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from 2012 to 2013.
