Paul Basalaj has extensive experience in customer success, account management, and sales within the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Data Zoo since August 2021, Paul is responsible for protecting and growing an existing account base. Previous roles include Sales Manager for New Zealand at Data Zoo, Account Manager at PIM - Personal Information Management Ltd, where Paul promoted identity verification solutions, and Account Executive at PEPworldwide. Paul’s career also includes significant positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, TRITEC, Datapoint Europe, Barclays, Unisys, and General Motors, covering areas such as finance and commercial management.
