Rich MacGonigle

Rich MacGonigle serves as the Director of Sales Operations at Data2Logistics, overseeing global onboarding and training of sales personnel, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and marketing support activities. With prior experience as a Business Development Manager, Rich significantly enhanced the company’s social media presence and reduced RFP turnaround times. As Operations Improvement Manager, Rich streamlined invoicing processes, while in the role of Director of Process Improvement, nearly eliminated duplicate payments through strategic process enhancements. Rich's career began at GE Plastics, where contributions as a Process Leader included managing multi-million dollar investments and leading software deployment across global locations. Rich holds an Associate of Science degree in Biology from the State University of New York - Stone Ridge.
