Thomas Bailey

Thomas Bailey is a research consultant and co-founder at koralli - consulting since November 2019, where contributions include interdisciplinary discussions on teamwork and technology adoption. Currently serving as a Physics Subject-Matter Expert for AI at DataAnnotation, responsibilities involve creating prompt-solution pairs and conducting quality assurance for physics content. As a teaching assistant at the University of Ottawa from September 2020 to April 2025, Thomas led problem-solving classes in Electricity & Magnetism and Wave & Optics, while also advocating for student workers as a union steward. Previous experience includes an internship at the University of Nottingham, focusing on experimental design in physics research, and a placement at Mathys & Squire LLP, where insights into patent processes were gained. Thomas holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Physics from the University of Oxford.
