Marina Varzar

Marina Varzar has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and business development. Marina started their career at Ancor as a Recruiter in 2003 and then moved on to Motorola as a Senior Talent Specialist. In 2007, Marina joined Dell Technologies and held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner and Global HR Business Partner. Marina also served as the HR Director for the Russia Center of Excellence and R&D Center. Marina's most recent role was at DataArt, where they worked as the Head of R&D Office. In addition, they also held the position of Global Business Development Director for Remote Offices at DataArt. Overall, Marina has demonstrated expertise in HR practices, talent acquisition, and business development throughout their career.

Marina Varzar completed the Sustaining High Performance program at IMD in 2013. Marina also pursued Executive HR Management at the International Management Institute of St. Petersburg from 2008 to 2009.
