Raama Hari Dev has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in various roles and organizations. Their most recent position is as VP, Healthcare Innovation at DataArt, where they are responsible for ideating and implementing innovations in the healthcare industry. Prior to that, Raama worked as a Managing Partner at Nutanam, where they collaborated with corporate ventures and startups to design disruptive digital innovations and solutions. They also designed a new platform business model for a leading Consumer Mobility brand and operationalized a healthcare ecosystem strategy for a Fortune-100 company. Raama has also held positions at EPAM Continuum as a Director of Business Transformation Solutions in Healthcare, EPAM Systems as a Director of Business Consulting, and Sia Partners as a Management Consultant and Engagement Manager. Earlier roles include Head of IT Outsourcing business at Borlas, and Oracle E-Business Suite Product Manager at Oracle.

Raama Hari Dev completed an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2020. They also took select courses of the MBA program at California State University - East Bay. Additionally, Raama holds a Masters in Business Administration, with a specialization in Innovation Management, from the State University of Management (SUM). They also studied Science and Technology of Consciousness (MVS) at Maharishi International University.
