Srbuhi Mnatsakanyan

Srbuhi Mnatsakanyan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Srbuhi started their career as an HR Specialist at CHDE SNCO from January 2014 to January 2016, after which they were promoted to Head of the Human Resources Department from January 2016 to February 2019. In February 2019, they joined TCO - Software Development as an HR and Organizational Development Manager until October 2019. Srbuhi then joined Burnwe as a Talent Acquisition Manager from November 2018 to November 2019. Srbuhi then moved on to DataArt, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from November 2019 to May 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Recruitment and TA at DataArt since May 2021. Additionally, Srbuhi worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Orange Fitness Premium Club from October 2017 to March 2018.

Srbuhi Mnatsakanyan has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Armenian State Pedagogical University, which they obtained in 2013. Srbuhi then pursued a Master's degree in Legal Psychology at the same university from 2013 to 2015. In 2016 to 2017, they attended Yerevan State University, where they studied Human Resources Management. Srbuhi also possesses various certifications, including Executive Coaching from the Project Management Institute, and The Big Five Personality Traits/SeeingThrough from Exponential Coaching Academy.
