Theresa Kwofie

Theresa Kwofie, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Head of Human Capital & Administration at Databank Group and Databank Financial Services Ltd. Theresa has a wealth of experience in various roles within the Databank Group, ranging from Human Capital & Admin Operations Manager to Office Manager. Prior to their time at Databank, Theresa worked as a Case Processing Assistant at Church World Service. Theresa holds a PGDip in Business Administration from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts in English & Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana.
