Ains Hill

Ains Hill, CFM, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Workplace at Databricks, leading the Americas for the REW team with a focus on Workplace Experience strategy, operations, events, real estate, and builds since October 2025. Previous experience includes a Director role at Turo where responsibilities encompassed Workplace Experience, Real Estate, and Physical Security from May 2024 to October 2025, and as Director of Global Workplace Experience at Glassdoor from November 2018 to May 2024, overseeing various aspects of workplace operations and services. Ains has also held significant positions in companies such as Renew Financial, AppDynamics, Zendesk, and SunPower, contributing to global workplace operations and facilities management. Ains is a co-chair of the Glassdoor Pride Employee Resource Group, promoting LGBTQ+ inclusivity, and has demonstrated commitment to social justice as a producer for the SF Queer Arts Festival. Ains holds a BS in Communications from Ithaca College with a concentration in Video Production and a minor in Women's Studies.
