Arpan Ghosh

Arpan Ghosh is an experienced engineering leader currently working in Engineering Leadership at Databricks since October 2022. Previously, Ghosh held various roles at Standard AI, including VP of Engineering and Senior Director of Engineering from March 2019 to March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Engineering at SiriusXM for Automatic Labs, and various engineering roles at Automatic Labs, where Ghosh progressed from Staff Data Engineer to Senior Data Engineer. Ghosh also founded Crumb, a platform for retail shopper behavior analysis, and worked as a Data Scientist at Princeton University, developing scalable models for analyzing Twitter data. Additional experience includes a Data Engineering Internship at Klout and a Software Engineer position at Cisco Systems. Ghosh holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
