Denise Corrales

Denise Corrales is an experienced director with a strong background in learning and development, currently serving as Director at Databricks since June 2019. In this role, Denise oversees a diverse team, focusing on program content optimization and the evolution of L&D processes and standards within a global AI and Big Data management company. Prior to Databricks, Denise was the Director of Education and Development at Workday Adaptive Planning, leading a team of 25 in delivering high-quality training and enablement during the company's acquisition by Workday. Denise began their career at Stanford University as a Privacy Training Manager, developing compliance-focused privacy and security training programs for over 75 departmental administrators. Denise holds a Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning with Technology from Ashford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from Menlo College.
