Ferdy Wong is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter for Databricks since August 2025, Ferdy previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Aspire and worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Grab. Additionally, Ferdy served as a Regional Consultant for Consumer Practice in Southeast Asia at Lincoln from 2015 to 2021, leading the Consumer vertical and focusing on Executive Search, Interim Management, Leadership Advisory, and Career Transition.
