Jacky Lu

Jacky Lu is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in product operations and management, currently holding the position of Staff Product Operations Manager and Staff Automation and Tooling Lead at Databricks since March 2022. Prior experience at Google from June 2015 to March 2022 includes roles such as Product Manager for the Android Google Search App, where Jacky ideated and launched Voice Search language features, and Product Operations Lead for Search and Assistant, focusing on resource management and operational efficiency. Jacky also contributed significantly to Google’s staffing operations and processes, facilitating the migration of Nest’s staffing operations, while earlier roles included positions at State Street, Kattelo Consulting, Morgan Stanley, the National Park Service, and the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. Jacky holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
