Mandar Pawar

Mandar Pawar is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Databricks since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mandar held positions at Arcion Labs from October 2020 to November 2023 as a Principal Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on data replication in a SaaS environment. From July 2017 to October 2020, Mandar worked at SAP as a Software Developer on the Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE), specializing in relational DBMS technology with an emphasis on query optimization. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at HSBC Global Technology India from June 2011 to June 2014, with expertise in C++, Oracle, Corba Architecture, and shell scripting, along with knowledge in Global Transaction Banking.
