Max Zanko

Max Zanko is an accomplished engineering leader with substantial experience in managing high-performing teams and driving innovative engineering solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Meta since January 2022 and at Databricks since October 2023, Max has a strong background in AI infrastructure and data monitoring across various business verticals. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Facebook, where efforts focused on B2B products for global internet connectivity, and Director of Engineering at BloomReach, overseeing core technology platforms. Additional experience includes software engineering roles at Google, EPAM Systems, and several other organizations, complemented by a Master's degree in Computer Science from Belarusian National Technical University.
