Michael Tock

Michael Tock is an experienced security and IT leader, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Security at Databricks since March 2022, where oversight of the Enterprise Security team and collaboration with IT partners ensures the protection of Corporate and Enterprise Systems. Prior roles include Director of Security Architecture at Citrix, contributing to security technology design and implementation, and Head of IT at Semmle, leading IT systems support teams. Michael's earlier experience at Visa involved significant contributions as both an Information Technology Lead and a Platform Specialist, where technical direction for Corporate IT was a key responsibility. Michael began his career at BAE Systems Detica, initially as a Linux & Infrastructure Services Engineer and previously as a Mechanical Design Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electronic Engineering with Digital Media Systems from the University of York.
