Naman Joshi

Naman Joshi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and sales engineering across various regions, including EMEA and ANZ. Currently serving as Director of Solution Engineering at Databricks since June 2021, Naman previously held multiple leadership positions at Splunk from February 2014 to June 2021, where responsibilities ranged from Sales Engineering Director to Senior Sales Engineering Manager. Prior to that, Naman worked as a Technical Architect/Big Data Specialist at Tullett Prebon and held senior roles at Macquarie Group, focusing on enterprise design and delivery. Naman is currently pursuing the AI Strategy and Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and a Master of Biomedical Engineering from UNSW.
