Nikolay Manchev

Nikolay Manchev is a seasoned professional in data science and architecture, currently serving as a Senior Architect for Health & Life Sciences at Databricks and a Researcher with the Visual Understanding Research Group at King's College London. Previously, Nikolay held leadership roles at Domino Data Lab as Head of Data Science for EMEA and as Principal Data Scientist for the same region, following significant contributions at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end Big Data and Analytics project delivery. Experience includes serving as Framework Management Group Leader at the Open Statistical Compute Environment, focusing on high-quality open-source projects for life sciences. Nikolay's technical expertise spans a wide range, including machine learning model development, data preparation, and cloud data solutions, supported by a PhD in Machine Learning from King's College London and a Master's in Data Science from City St George’s, University of London.
