Nilanga Fernando is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and field engineering across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Field Engineering and Senior Director of Customer Success at Databricks, Nilanga has previously held significant roles such as Global Head of Customer Success at Railsbank, VP of AI Success at DataRobot, and VP of Customer Success (Head of EMEA) at MuleSoft. Additionally, Nilanga has been the Director of Global Technology at Pearson plc.
