Raul Lerma

Raul Lerma is an experienced executive assistant and program manager with a strong background in supporting high-level executives and optimizing office operations. Currently serving as Executive Assistant and Site Program Manager at Databricks since April 2022, Raul previously worked at Meta from October 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing calendars, travel, and expenses for three directors, as well as coordinating recruitment efforts. Prior to that, Raul held roles at Nutanix and Nor Cal Elite All Stars, managing office operations and program success, respectively. Additional experience includes working as a CSR at Regus, focusing on reception duties and event logistics.
