Roman Thompson

Roman Thompson serves as the Senior Director for New Customers EMEA at Databricks since September 2017, contributing to the growth of a leading Data and AI company relied upon by over 10,000 organizations globally, including notable enterprises such as Block and Comcast. Prior to this role, Roman held multiple positions within Databricks, progressively advancing from Sales Development Representative to Senior Director. Additionally, Roman is a member of Sales Development Leaders (SDL) since October 2019 and previously worked as a Client Relationship Associate at Gartner from August 2016 to September 2017. Roman holds a BSc in Geography with Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), awarded in 2016, and completed secondary education at The Windsor Boys' School from 2008 to 2013.
