Sarah Carthy is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and data science, currently serving as the Head of Field Engineering EMEA at Weights & Biases since August 2024. Previously, Sarah held roles as a Senior Solutions Architect and Solutions Architect at Databricks from May 2021 onward, and worked as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent between October 2020 and May 2021.
