Saurav Bhowmick

Saurav Bhowmick is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development, solutions architecture, and program management. Beginning as a Programmer Analyst at Syntel and later serving as a Software Programmer at Symphony Services for Siebel CRM, Saurav progressively advanced in roles, eventually becoming a Principal Solutions Architect at Hilton, where notable achievements included migrating an on-prem analytics platform to AWS Cloud. As a Program Manager and Solution Architect at Tata Consultancy Services, Saurav led a team to deliver a Data Lake platform for Nielsen Media using open-source technologies and AWS services. Most recently, Saurav has held multiple leadership positions at Databricks, contributing to India’s data governance and architecture practices while executing significant growth initiatives. Saurav holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kalyani University.
