Shannon Boswell has a diverse work experience in various roles related to global payroll, consulting, and service delivery. Starting in 2002 as a Senior Business Analyst at Solectron, they progressed to roles such as Sr. Manager of Payroll at L3 Technologies and Manager Advisory Services at KPMG. Shannon has also served as a Consulting Manager at Workday and held positions at companies like ADP, NGA Human Resources, and Accenture. Currently, they are the Sr. Director of Global Payroll at Databricks, showcasing their expertise in this field.

Shannon Boswell is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences at Grand Canyon University. In 2011, they obtained a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Six Sigma.US. Shannon Boswell is also working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences at Grand Canyon University.
