Shyam Sankararaman

Shyam Sankararaman is an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect at Databricks since April 2025, following a tenure as a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist at Dataiku from July 2022 to April 2025. Prior to this, Shyam worked as a Data Science Consultant at Blue Yonder from May 2019 to June 2022 and served as a Deep Learning Researcher at Philips from August 2017 to July 2018, where Shyam focused on medical image analysis and classification using deep learning models. Shyam began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science from November 2014 to May 2015. Academically, Shyam holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Systems & Control from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechatronics from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
